We are confident of our security measures that we have implemented and will reimburse our customers for fraudulent activity that has arisen from use of a credit card at getbigger.com. Consumer protection laws limit consumer liability to $50 if the fraud is reported within 60 days. Most all credit card companies waive the $50 charge. In the event that your card company does not waive these charges, getbigger.com will reimburse you for the amount your card company charged you, up to the $50 legal maximum. Please contact us if you have any questions or require more information. We do not sell our customer list, nor do we share any information with outside sources. Ordering Information * By ordering online you will receive Free Shipping with any $59.99 purchase or greater in the continental United States. We will provide you with a tracking number an e-mail receipt for your purchase you can apply digital coupons you may have. Shipping & Shipping Options
We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, and it is solely up to the UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
We do not ship outside the United States nor APO or FPO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii please note: Free shipping on orders totaling $59.99 or more and MUST be able to fit inside a 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" deep box, the weight does not matter just that it fits inside these dimensions.
Most orders are shipped by United States Postal Service and arrive in 7-10 USPS working days, heavier orders are shipped by UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. All orders are charged at time of checkout. Sales Tax Currently, only Nevada residents are subject to sales tax collected by J&J Health Foods Inc. Most food items in Nevada are considered Non-Taxable. Damages and Shortages Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to getbigger.com / J&J Health Foods Inc. within 24 hours of receipt.
We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box (DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!). We may send a call tag for the broken merchandise at our expense. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Returns You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit.
We do not allow any nutrition bars to be returned for credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the returned package or we will refuse the package. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. You may not open more than one bottle for return. Example you order 3 Digest you cannot open all three bottles for return. Please do not abuse the system, it helps keep costs down that allows us to pass on the savings to you. On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Legal Notices Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with J&J Health Foods Inc. shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and shall be heard in the State of Nevada and in the County of Clark.
